Mead Hall

Imagine sitting with your friends around a small firepit, sampling a flight of meads or your favorite gluten free beer, having some light snacks and watching the sunset over the plains.

That's my vision for the mead hall. A place where people can come and enjoy meads, relax for a bit with friends, and drink meads and beers. It could also serve as an event center, available for weddings, business retreats, and other events.

Here is a sketch of the mead hall. The garage doors open up to make the place feel like a pavilion with firepits and small group gathering areas. Covered awnings allow for shade during the hot summer sun, and evenings on the patio. Inside is space for the brewery, meadery, and a tasting bar area complete with a small catering kitchen.
