My passion is for great full bodied meads, I love making high gravity meads that age out for months or years before bottling. Aged Cysers (apple meads) in the fall with campfire smoke in the air, Cranberry mead to go with Thanksgiving and Christmas. Fresh berry meads in the spring time bursting with flavors, a Traditional mead that is delicious anytime. Spiced meads, fruit meads, the flavors are endless.
